The present privacy policy describes how the website www.tmbstampa.it manages the personal data of users and visitors of the website.

Categories of data concerned by the processing

All data voluntarily provided by users according to the Privacy Notice: data that users submit to the website, of those contacting the company by email, through online contact forms, are subject to the following procedures: when contacting us via email it is mandatory to provide own email address; when filling in the online form it is necessary to provide full name, email and any information that the user is willing to share with the company.

Internet navigation data

Computer systems and software procedures that allow the functioning of the website acquired some data whose transmission is embedded into the Internet communication protocols.These information is not associated to identified subjects, but it may be used to identify users only in an anonymous and aggregated way. These data are only used in anonymous form to extract statistical information about the use of the website and to check its correct functioning and they are cancelled immediately after elaboration. Data may be used to ascertain responsibility in case of possible crimes against the website or the Company.

Data processing

Information and data provided by email or online form by users to the website will be treated as confidential. We ensure that they will not be forwarded or disclosed in any way to others.

Specific safety measures are taken to ensure prevention of data loss, illegal use, misuse, and unauthorized access. Whether the concerned service is internal or external, it will be monitored to ensure safety.

Data will be stored on the Server of the Provider hosting the website www.tmbstampa.eu for navigation data and general communication, except cookies that will be stored in the users’ devices.

Optional nature of the data

The data provided by the users are optional and are connected to the provision of a service as required by the user. In case not all data which are required to respond to the specific request are provided, this will prevent the service from being provided.

No data deriving from the website servicevwill be forwarded or shared with third parties.

Personal data provided by the users that require a service are only used to provide the required service and are not forwarded to third parties except when it is a legal obligation or it is strictly necessary to provide the required service.

According to the same Regulation, subjects have the right to ask for cancellation, anonymization, or blocking of data that have been processed in violation of the law, and also to object, for any legitimate reason, to their processing, by sending an email to info@tmbstampa.eu.
